Cancellation and special requests


ADMINISTRATION FEES

There will be no administration fee for name changes before 30 June 2018. The administration fee for name changes after 30 June 2018 is € 20 per name change. SBC shall only accept changes made online or forwarded by the company representative in writing.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of registration must be put in writing to the SBC. For every written cancellation received before 31 March 2018, 100% of the registration fee less € 50 for general expenses will be refunded. For every written cancellation received before 31 May 2018, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refund will be issued thereafter. All refunds will be made within two months after the congress ends. Bank charges will be deducted.

 

BADGES AND IDENTIFICATION

Participants are requested to proceed to the registration secretariat for collection of their badge upon arrival at the congress venue. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges at all times. In case of lost or forgotten badges, an administration fee of €20,- will be charged for a new one.

 

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

Neither SBC or any suppliers, representatives or agents linked to the Congress organization, will be held liable by any person for any injury, damage, theft, loss, medical problem or inconvenience which may be suffered by any person while travelling to or from the Congress or during their time at it. Participants and their guests are advised to purchase insurance against any such occurrences.
